Ripples

Ripples in the sunlight
Sparkled up the scene
Of the muddy river
Swollen by rains of spring.

Refreshing, pleasant view
For the passer-by.
A little heavenly sunshine
Lifting spirit high.

It sent them on a-singing,
Scattering joys around.
Ripples of God's Son-shine
Makes happiness abound.
